Exploring the World Through Yoga.

Mexico - For the past five years MaryAnne has been teaching two classes a week for eight weeks each year at Los Ayala, a small village north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

 Classes were attended by 16 to 40 participants. Donations collected have been used to support the local area including building a school, purchasing musical instruments for a children's music program and furniture for a senior's centre.

Cambodia - November 2017
Had a lovely teaching experience volunteering at Banteay Srey Project & Organic Women's Spa. A safe haven and educational centre for young Cambodian women in Kampot, Cambodia.
